Hi,

No, there is no need to worry. You are in 3rd trimester of pregnancy and these are frequent complaints during this period. Stomach cramps are common. Frequent urination is because of the pressure on the bladder by gravity uterus. Don't be scared of frequent seeing, drink enough water and keep yourself well hydrated so that urine is not concentrated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
