Suggest Treatment For Stomach Cramps,loose Stools And Green Color Vomiting

Hello Doctor my husband has been suffering some time now he has bowel & stomach cramps, cannot eat or keep liquid down ! He vomits green fluid with black spots ! He was ar A & E by ambulance they gave him xray, blood test all came back clear ! He was sent home no improvement !

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms of vomiting and cramp could be due to hyperacidity and it can be best managed with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 30 mg once in day at evening time hope this information helps.
