Brief answer : Here you should investigate with CBC to look for eosinophilia or lymocytosis based on which strong antiallergic drug if needed can be given... Take benadryl like antihistaminic drug for five days.... Take oxymetazoline nasal spray for three days... Steam inhalation useful.. Take rest... Room humidifier can be used... Avoid travelling for few days... Drink more water.... Avoid excess fried and fatty foods If no improvemrnt than consult ENT surgeon for examination and further work up.....
