Suggest Treatment For Staph Infection In Nose

My 9 year old grandson just completed a round of antibiotics. He had many bloody noses and the ENT said it was due to a staph infection in his nose. About two weeks after completing antibiotics he has complained of headache and he is back to having green discharge(boogers ) and his nose has to be cleaned out everyday. Tonight he has a fever of 99.9 and a headache. He was going in to the pediatrition tomorrow bacause of the headaches. I know everyone has staph in their nose but the headaches concern me. He is 9 and has not comliained in his nine years more than just a few times of a headache. I am a worried grandma. Thank you.

U should consult ENT specialist rather than pediatrician. May be a CT Scan and Nasal endoscopy will be required to reach to a diagnosis
