You seem to have Panick attacks with anxiety with tachycardia.
This Chest pain occurs during anxiety attacks with tachycardia.Acute anxiety could lead to vasoconstriction with low oxygen supply causing chest pain.Other causes of chest pain need to be thought of and verified and ruled out before starting the treatment.

Cause of this Panick attacks could be, hyperthyroidism/ or Paroxysmal tachycardia with SVT/ or accompanied with GERD and acidity- is from -Gastritis or IBS or IBD,with Crohn's disease / Or Ulcerative Colitis.Cardiac cause also need to be ruled out.
Review of the other causes is needed for proper treatment in your case.
This chest pain -is a worrisome sign and indicates accompanied Digestive and Acid disturbance from various causes ,in your case and needs to be attended with -Cardiac and GI Physician or ENT /or GI Surgeon.
For this to verify Second opinion from GI Physician/Cardiologist/ Psychiatrist- would be needed.

Remedy-
Get Second opinion with GI-Physician to rule out other causes as discussed above.T3/T4 levels/EGD (Esophago-Duodenoscopy)/ ECG/Colonoscopy-with stool and blood tests would be needed to fix the diagnosis if need be.
Depending on the cause-treatment would be given.
Common and general do's for recovery of this -are as follows-
Bland and non-spicy/ non-fried diet
Antiaxiety drugs like Restoril under script from family/ or psychiatric doctor
No smoking/ No alcohol/ Less of tea/coffee / and beverages
No Street /or hotel food
Lifestyle changes/ with low fat diet and exercises regularly
Butter Milk / and Yoghurt
Cap Sporlac-1 x 2 x 2 weeks -to stabilize bacterial flora
Tab Zincovt-1 x 2 weeks
Tab PPI-like Panto-Dx 2-6 weeks
Tab Ciplox Oz-1 x 2 per day x 10 days
Tab Mebeverine-1 x 2 per day if need be would stabilize acid reflux and anxiety and would give relief in 2-6 weeks time.
Meticulous care and control of diet and life style is a MUST.

Just don't worry and be patient and co-operate with your doctors, till you verify with your attending doctors.

Hope this would help you to treat your health issues in the best way possible.
