You seem to have Panick attacks with anxiety with tachycardia. This Chest pain occurs during anxiety attacks with tachycardia.Acute anxiety could lead to vasoconstriction with low oxygen supply causing chest pain.Other causes of chest pain need to be thought of and verified and ruled out before starting the treatment. Cause of this Panick attacks could be, hyperthyroidism/ or Paroxysmal tachycardia with SVT/ or accompanied with GERD and acidity- is from -Gastritis or IBS or IBD,with Crohn s disease / Or Ulcerative Colitis.Cardiac cause also need to be ruled out. Review of the other causes is needed for proper treatment in your case.
