Suggest Treatment For Sprained Sternocleidomastoid Muscle

I have had a sprained sternocleidomastoid to close to 4 weeks. Hurts terribly and I am slightly dizzy. How much longer to heal this. I have had two massages but think they may have aggrivated it. I need to get back to work and the headaches and neck pain are very painful..please advise
