Suggest Treatment For Spots On Skin Having Unpigmented Hair

In the last 6-9 months I have developed spots of hair that have no pigmentation. It started as a single spot which grew and now there are multiple spots. There is hair growing but it has no pigmentation. I have premature balding (started going bald when I was 20) and have a mix of grey hair already on the hair that is left. This new hair has no color (it s not grey). I am a 46 year old white male. I do have some muscular and joint aches and pains but attributed this to overweight etc. The spots on my scalp vary from a centimeter to 6-7 cm in length and seem to grow when I shave my head. The skin underneath does not show signs of any pigmentation changes. I have now noticed that some of my facial hair is also turning clear.
