Suggest Treatment For Sores On Hands With Itching

I noticed that I had very small bubbles on my hands filled with clear liquid that would occasionally come out if I scratched my hand, picked at them, etc. Recently, I have started to aggressively scratch and rub my hands in my sleep, which is a past habit of mine cause by stress/anxiety. This has been happening for a little over two weeks now and I have never seen my hands look this horrible. They are red/blotchy with sores and now the bubbles (which have increased in numbers considerably) are no longer filled with clear liquid, it is more of a cloudy yellowish color. They re always dry and itchy no matter what I do now... HEELLLLP!!!!
