Suggest Treatment For Soreness And Swelling In The Knee

I had bursitis with a staph infection a few years ago and now my knee is sore and swelling again. I have a tiny hole at the bottom of my knee cap and when my knee swells up it will drain yellow fluid. recently I have come down with what I thought were flu like symptoms but it only lasted for around 48 hours

hi..there is a yellow draining material..see whether it is pus or not ??
is swelling associated with pain ,tenderness, fever , loss of joint movement ..etc. get done CBC , DRAINING MATERIAL R&M , DRAINING MATERIAL CULTURE , X - RAY OF JOINT...
consult doctor after all investigation and start treatment according their advise.
