my sons antihelix was hit by the edge of the bed frame while he was trying to help us move it. he couldn t understand no get back and instead fell sideways and hit his ear the antihelix portion on the bottom of the bed post. just sensitive, and red, no bleeding, or cuts, or gashes.

You should put some ice, and give to him some painkiller like Ibuprofen, nothing to be concerned.
Everything will be ok after few days.
