Suggest Treatment For Soreness After Throat Burning

I swallowed Hot French Onion soup last week. It got better, but now today. I feel like there is a walnut in my throat and sore. I tried gargling with Hydrogen Peroxide and taking advil. Very uncomfortable. I did see and ENT a month ago for hoarseness and there were some small node or callus that he said were nothing, but now this is aweful. I wondering could it be a virus after the burnt throat.?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello
Welcome to healthcare
if you were my patient, I would suggest you to take a brief course of antibiotics of penicillin group with clav acid. With paracetamol and antacids or pantoprazole
continue gargles preferably with Disprin. You will feel better.
