Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain the symptoms of sore throat, swallowing difficulty, difficulty in swallowing, cough and congestion along with aches and pain and loss of voice seems to be due to Upper respiratory tract infection or common cold or can also be due to Influenza or Flu..
I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like throat swab culture can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly..
In case if viral infection is confirmed you can be advised to take supportive treatment like decongestants like Pseudoephdrine, mucolytics like Ambroxol, anti allergics like benadryl, anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen..
You can take Vitamin C pellet to boost immunity..
You can do warm saline gargles 3 to 4 times a day..
You can do steam inhalations and use a humidifier in your room..
Avoid spicy and chilled foods..
Sip on plenty of warm water and suck throat lozenges..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
