Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And Throat Pain
I have a sore throat but it is worse than one so im not sure what it is, hurts so much when I swallow and im producing so much saliva and it s hard to swallow it all, also my tonsils are inflamed and yawning also hurts and talking and sometimes just sitting there doing nothing makes my throat hurt, please help it feels horrible

I recommend the following.
A course of antibiotics.
Analgesic like tablet paracetamol.
Salt water gargling.
