Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And Severe Cough

I was plastering and sanding my room all day yesterday . I did not wear a mask . I started with flu like symptoms but cont on .. Today I am very sick with a sore throat and a very bad cough and it feels like my chest is full... Should I go to the hosptial
