I experienced symptoms of a sore throat on yesterday and today I have felt unusual symptoms of chills off and on. I made a tea that got rid of the sore throat but the sides of my neck is sore when I swallow and Im just not feeling my usual self and I have a slight pain in my right hip

You had sore throat and Rt hip joint pain , for this sore throat you can take Levocetrizine 5 mg once a day along with Diclofenac Sodium +Paracetamol thrice a day along with saline gargles at least twice a day. By this you will be relived by sore throat and pain in Rt hip joint too. Take care and good luck

for your sore throat you have to do gargle with warm saline water and also put 5ml betadine mouth gargle in it for fast relief and take ta.tresmox-cv625mg twice daily for 3 days you will get relief of your sore throat and for pain in riht hip you may take some analgesics like tab.dologesic.if pain persist than meet physician for further advice.
