Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And Mucus In Throat
I am govindan, I have soarness in throat for long time with mucus getting blocked in throat and if take it out from throat again it get generated in next second itself. my voice changed and feel shortness in breath while speaking and also very tired with left side chest pain. THE mucus is vey bad smell

in my opinion this mucus is actually post nasal purulent discharge. you are suffering from rhinosinusitis. I would recommend you a antibiotic course, nasal irrigation with saline water, antihistaminic medication. nasal decongestant. when your rhinosinusitis will recover,this foul smelling mucus will stop. if symptoms does not relieve with conservative treatment, you must need to see an ENT specialist nearby to get examined.
