Suggest Treatment For Sore On Labia And Lower Back Pain

I have an ulcer or a sore on my labia. I have been sick for the past few days and I have lower back pain. I am a virgin but my last oral confrontation was two months ago. I don t know what this sore means. It is painful to urinate and it itches. I get sores in my mouth very often but I ve never gotten genital sores

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Sores on external genitalia is suggestive of sexually transmitted disease (STD).
Painful sores may can occur in case of infection with Hemophilus ducrei, Chlamydia, etc.
Painless sores are seen in infection with syphilis.
Sores in oral cavity can be due to the same genital infection.
A clinical assessment by a skin specialist is required.
Further investigations which may include scrapings from the sores and serological tests may be required to make a final diagnosis.
Treatment can be planned after clinical assessment and investigations.
