It seems it may have started as a viral condition of the upper respiratory tract and throat. So stuffy nose and white secretions are due to this viral condition. After a couple of days this condition may get complicated to a bacterial infection and affect throat and Eustachian tubes and ears causing ear blockage or pain, throat pain etc. If you will have high temperature, severe throat pain or you will see yellow red spots in your pharynx or tonsils, consider starting antibiotics to treat the infection. You may use nasal spray for unblocking the nose and Eustachian tube. Have a lot of liquids and take vitamins to ease the recovery.
