General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I would advise you to:

- Use a combination cream of a steroid and an antifungal (hydrocortisone and clotrimazole for instance) twice a day on the red itchy area of your feet for 7-10 days.

- Use cotton socks and change them daily.

- Wear shoes that breathe easily (not too tight and too closed).

If you are not better in a week with the treatment, it is best to have it checked with your doctor.

I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I may assist you further.

Kind regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj.
