Suggest Treatment For Small Painful Bumps On The Arm

Hi, I have lots of bumps on my skin, they look like mosquito bites but there are lots in a cluster only on one arm. They have been there for several months. Tried hydrocortisone creams and then a fresh new one appears? Slightly itchy but not as itchy as an mossie bite. Looked at hives but hives look different to mossie bites? Could it be something else, why only on one arm?

The bumps can have several reasons. It is hard to pinpoint any without having a picture or more information:From your description I am thinking of skin diseases like dermatitis (allergic or irritant) or lichen rubber.

Both would account that the lesions are only on one arm. Could you send me pictures? I assume they are reddish in color since you mention mosquito bites. Do you have any other illnesses, take any medications or supplements? Any known allergies? To exactly find a diagnosis, a skin biopsy might be necessary.
