hi there....
Small white hard lumps on my ball sack and one is really red and big also hurts when pressed could you possibly tell me what they are and how to get rid of them...
tried to squeeze one and stringy white fluid came out but haven't done it since as it is way to painful.

I really appreciate your concern, such swelling could be due to sebaceous cyst and if this is true or correct one then it may need excision and this is the surgical condition and this need to be differentiated, else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
