Suggest Treatment For Small Itchy Red Dots On The Upper Arm
My girlfriend has a very bad case of itching. It is worse at night. The itching is usually in the upper arm area. There are small red dots at times. The itching is so intense it is unbearable at times. Itch creams work a little as do cold compress packs. What is the reason behind the itching and any cures.

Over rhe counter cremes are available.Ointments contains hydrocort 1% normally helps but as its a steroidal preparation before using it you must become sure that the rashes do not have any infectious cause.The infectious causes may require antibacterial or an antifungal ,antiparasitic in medications.cold packs are temporary relievers
