Hi Thank you for asking HCM. I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely yeast infection and dryness. If you send a picture of it then it will be more helpful in identifying. For such condition i would recommend using ointments containing combination of anti fungal like miconazole anti bacterial like gentamycin and corticosteroid like beclamethasone for local application.
