Suggest Treatment For Small Bumps On The Elbow, Ankles And Wrist

have bumps that shift from joint sites such as wrists and elbow and ankles stay about a week or two. they itch i scratch it kinda busts and then scabs and then goes away also have joint pain in hips and knees and ankles and wrists. hands and feet swell and am over weight for my height

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have small bumps on the elbow, ankles and wrist. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like hives , meningococcemia , shingles , scabies , contact dermatitis , eczema or psoriasis . I would suggest you to keep your arm and ankles clean and dry , do not apply any cosmetic product and take anti histamine like bendryl twice a day . If condition doesn't get well then consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor may order blood test , skin patch test along with physical examination . Doctor may prescribe immunosuppressants , corticosteroid along with anti bacterial or anti viral depending upon the diagnosis .
