Suggest Treatment For Small Brown Spots On The Legs

I have brown spots on my legs and some on my stomach. They showed up on my legs when I was using estradiol gel. I quit the gel and went to oral estradiol and I still get brown spots..I don t want to quit taking estradiol (I ve had a hysterectomy) as it helps me sleep, etc. Is it safe to continue the estradiol? Can I get the spots to go away?

Hello, from your history, it appears as drug induced hyperpigmentation.
As far as estradiol is concerned, if it is possible for u to get an alternative from ur gynecologist, ur pigmentation problem will fade over time.
But if alternative not possible, then you can use lightening agent like melaglow cream over the lesions twice daily (but is not the permanent solution)
I hope this will help you in making an informed choice
Thanks
Take care.
