Hi my mother is having slip disc problem and its been now around 5 years , but it is very painful as she not able to properly walk or stand for a continuous time period .
We have been consulting many doctors but no improvement is been seen as they suggested to go for physiotherapy along with some exercises and some dietary medicines .
Some even says that we can go for a operation but i am afraid as what to do .
Could you please suggest that is there any science involved that can act as a remedy .
