Suggest Treatment For Skin Cracks On The Hands Despite Using Corticosteriod Ointment

I got some weird skin problem from last 14 years, it started from fingers when i was 8 and it disappeared on fingers and started on palms both hands and foot. Skin harden and a lot of deep cracks appear as i walk or use my hands. I am using corticosteroid oinment but it only relieves for a short time, again it start
