Suggest Treatment For Sinus Problems And Headache

HI, This is Sandhya. I am suffering from synus. But to my knowledge it is not severe. I am getting headache frequesntly and now a days my eye sight also reduced. I am not ble to see the objects if they are in long distance. and my hair is falling is severe.I wont get cold very often . PLease help me in curing this.

Hello,

You may be suffering from chronic allergies which lead to sinus block and cause sinusitis. Drink hot water regularly. Avoid cool drinks and freeze water. Use tablet monterleukast and levocetrizine twice a day for five days.

Use water vapour inhalation thrice a day for five days. Use salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. If no improvement please consult with your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
