Suggest Treatment For Sinus Infection

hello Dr. i used to have severe sinus when i was in teenage years. when i got pregnants my sinus seemed reduced. however, at the age of 37, i started getting allergy at my fingers and feet (dry and cracked skin). now i m 42. apparently, as i grow older, my sinus reduced but my skin problems are getting worse. i had treatment using diprospan and some other steroid cream. please help....i hardly can use my fingers if i don t get the steroid medication... any other alternatives? thank you

You are probably having eczema. Please tell me do you have any dry scales on the skin?
What are you allergic to or the skin changes are permanent?
