Suggest Treatment For Sinus Infection

I am suffering with head pain for 10 years specially when weather got change in winter season. i met doctors in bihar and jharkhand they told that it is due to
synus problem and give me much medicine but i dont get much benefit.
Now please advise me what i do currently i am in delhi

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of sinus infection means you are suffering from condition known as chronic sinusitis. I would suggest you to take nasal decongestant sprays, Antihistamines and antibiotic combination as infection is present. Co amoxiclav is best treatment option. You should take steam inhalation. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. Go for para nasal sinus X ray and get puncture and drainage of sinus if required. You can go for surgical reconstruction of opening after proper prescription. Do warm saline gargles.
