Suggest treatment for sigmoid colon pain

my husband has been suffering from a troublesome bowel which his consultant says is an extended sigmoid colon. he has been having hot and cold sweats and running high and low temperatures. he has itching on the tops of his feet, back, between his legs and on his back, also his hands and arms. He has had numerous tests done and nothing has showed up. He has had lymphoma in his neck before which was removed. Just wondering if his cancer has come back and is not being picked up by ordinary tests. He hasn t had the opportunity to have a PET Scan offered yet. really worried about him

Hello madam! I 'd like immediately to calm your greatest concern if the lymphoma of your husband has turned back and the sign could be the exacerbated sigmoid colon pain. I really don't think there's a relation. Extended sigmoid colon has the pain as one of the main of its symptoms and this goes and comes again, and antispastics with some tranquilizers at times are the best treatment, while waiting, of course, for the PET Scan to be done, like the best inquiry exam for the lymphoma in your case.
