Suggest Treatment For Shoulder Pain

I have been having shoulder pain for a couple of months. I first noticed pain when I did overhead weight lifting. I stopped doing that exercise but the pain has not stopped. The pain is mainly at night and now I have lost some movement in my arm. I can t reach overhead. Taking Ibuprofen and ice packs help. Should I just keep doing this?

HI
Well come to HCM
If the pain subsided completely with Ibuprofen then no need to continue the drug and if still it is paining then you may continue the drug but simultaneously it is necessary to find out the underlying cause of pain too, looking to history given here this could be due to wrong posture of exercise, hope this information helps, Have a nice day ( If the exercise is the cause then you may need physiotherapy)
