Suggest Treatment For Shoulder Pain And Pins And Needles In Left Hand?

Hello I have pain in my shoulder and my left arm is heavy. I have pins and needles in my left hand. I have visited my local hospital this morning and have been informed that there is no problem with my blood pressure or my heart. I m now wondering what course of action to take next? Hello,

As the heart is ruled out this should be something related to a nerve. If you have tingling and numbness from the shoulder to the fingers then it must be related to the nerve entrapment. You can perform some basic neck static exercise and watch if the symptoms reduce. Please update after a week or so.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
