General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms can be related to arterial hypertension.

I suggest measuring regularly for a week the blood pressure two times a day.

I also suggest taking a vitamin B complex supplement to help with the lethargy.

If the blood pressure is continuously high,I suggest to take prescription anti hypertensive medications.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
