Suggest Treatment For Sharp Upper Back Pain

I ve had a sharp upper back pain since yesterday. I think it may be gas but not too sure. I gets worse when I inhale and move my right side. I took a gas relief pill this morning and it had somewhat helped but I still feel the pain when I take a deep breath.

sharp upper back pain may be due to acidity or default sleeping posture.you should start antacid such as omeprazole and analgesic (ibuprofen). sleeping on hard bed with minimal thickness mattress (orthopedic mattresses are easily available). deep breathing exercises after wake up in morning .your pain should be relived in 4-5 days . if pain does not decrease, you should consult to your physician.
