Suggest Treatment For Sharp Pain In Wrists And Forearms
Hello, I am a 39 Year old active Male, 235 lbs 5 11. Last week I started having lots of sharp pains in my wrists, the aches and pains have now spread mainly in my forearms and now my elbows. Today I started getting the throbbing pains and they were also in my lower stomach. What should I start to look at for a possible diagnosis

As first-line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedician and get evaluated.
We have to rule out possible causes like carpal tunnel syndrome.
