Good morning, I sat down on my knees with my feet tucked under three days ago. I had a very sharp pain in the top of my left foot while it was tucked under my bottom. I have bruising on the top of my foot which spreads across the too. I dont usually have any health problems other than asthma. I also have a tightening in my left calf accompanied with a feeling of pins and needles. Please advise.
