My wrist has recently started hurting quite a lot lately. haven t injured it that I know of. I do teach full time and then have a part time job cashiering. It is the same hand I scan and load groceries with....I m guessing it has something to do with this. Could it be tendinitus? Should I go to the doctor?
Dear patient Wrist pain with no prior trauma might be due to internal ligament injury or degeneration. You might have injured your wrist ligaments unknowingly. Since wrist is very important for daily work this pain cannot be taken lightly. You need to be investigated with mri of involved wrist. Visit radiology center nearby you and get it done. MRI gives detail information about ligaments and articular cartilage. Start tab ibuprofen 400mg as when required for pain relief. Visit expert hand specialist with mri report.
