Suggest Treatment For Severe Testicular Pain

I am srikanth..I am getting little pain in testicular nerves previously i used to use tight underwares and pants.when i am getting this pain, same time i am getting inner thigh pain and pain at back lower buttocks. please suggest me what is the problem i am facing...

Based on the facts of your query, You seem to suffer from-
Funiculitis from Epididymitis- related with past or current STD? lately.
Treatment-
For NGU-Tab Azitrhomycin 1 gm stat
and 500 mg x 4 days -
Or Doxycycline 100 mg x 2 times x 7 days time would resolve .
If its chronic Prostatis - Tab Levofloxacin 500 mg x 2 times a day x 10-14 days or if needed for 4-6 weeks in some cases- is to be given to clear it.
NSAIDs and Chymoral Forte x 2-6 weeks would resolve the issue have, with plenty of fluids and rest.
