Suggest Treatment For Severe Testicle Pain

I am 67 years old and have gone without sex for several years for various non-physical reasons. A few days ago, my new girlfriend and I had sex on several occasions over a three day period. On the fourth day, and continuing today, I feel a low grade dull pain in my right testicle. It is similar to the pain I had 38 years ago when I suffered a bout of epididymitis which ultimately required minor surgery. Should I seek medical attention.
