I am having difficulty and pain when swallowing the r side of the back of my throat is red and I have a shooting pain into my right ear. I have also came out in a small rash about the size of a 5p on the right side of my face beside my lips which feels like piercing pins when touched this has all happened from this am

I would suggest you to take throat lozanges. You should do warm saline gargles and take nasal sprays as well. You should take antiallergic medication along with antibiotic medication for 5-7days. Avoid intake of cold beverages and spicy, sharp and oily food. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. You should go for throat swab test and blood tests as well and start treatment after proper diagnosis.
