Suggest Treatment For Severe Stomach Pain

My daughter is not suffering from stomach ache, But i have never given her zentet before this? She is 3 yrs 6 months old now. Please advice. My first daughter is also not having any issue, but i have given her zentet 2 years ago. please advice if i can give her again?

Hello. Thanks for the question. Stomach pain in children can be caused by urinary tract infection (UTI) or bowel disorder.

UTI is caused by bacterial. The symptoms of UTI in children are stomach pain, pain while urinating, blood in urine, fever and etc. UTI is diagnosed by symptoms, physical examination such as lower abdominal pain, urinalysis, and ultrasound. Symptomatic UTI can be treated by antibiotic.

Bowel disorder can be caused by food allergic, virus infection, or unbalanced of bowel bacterial.

I suggest you take your doughter to visit doctor for advance examination. Wish your doughter get well soon.
