Suggest Treatment For Severe Stomach Pain And Body Numbness

I have severe stomach pain and my whole body including my face went numb and started to contract. Blood work shows high wbc,low potassium,high Bun ratio,low specific gravity,high urine ph, +2 ketones,high anion gap,high glucose,high absolute neutro,lympho,and monocytes and present ones as well,what is wrong with me,I have no health problems!

Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

This stomach pain and numbness all over body with considering your reports,it could be acute gastritis or gastroenteritis.

The causes of gastritis are helicobactor pylori infection,oily and spicy diet,or drug induced.

You should go for routine blood count,ESR,urinalysis with ultrasound abdomen with upper GI endoscopy to rule out other gastric pathology and to confirm gastric inflammation.

You may require h2 blockers like ranitidine or proton pump inhibitors like pantoprazole or rabeprazole etc with cytoprotective drugs like sucralfate,misoprostol etc.

It underlying cause is H pylori then you will require triple drug regimen means two antibiotics and PPI.

Consult your gastroenterologist for further advice
