Suggest Treatment For Severe Sinus Infection Causing Dripping Sinus And Cough
I am developing a bad sinus infection. My sinuses are dripping in to my throat. Taking Claritin D ...can t stop the drip. It s gonna give me a cough, sore throat, an eventually fill my lungs with phlegm. I m about to travel Sunday morning...any suggestions.

Sore throat is due to infection.
Advice
1. Tablet Claritin D every 12 hours per oral for 5 days
2. Cefixime 100 mg every 12 hours per oral for 5 days
3. Omeprazole 20 mg orally in empty stomach for 10 days
4. Do gargle with chlorhexidine or betadine mouth wash four times daily
5. Do not eat heavily at a time. Eat smaller meals
6. Do not lie down immediately after meal
7. Avoid dust, smoking, alcohol, dry environment, cold and spicy food
