Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Your symptoms seem to suggest that you have got Cervico-Brachial Neuralgia.
It can be as a result of a nerve root compression in the neck region.
An xray would not be able to diagnose the same.I suggest that you go for an MRI of your Cervical Spine and follow up with an Orthopaedic surgeon at the soonest.
Meanwhile, do not strain your neck sitting infront of a Desktop for long spans,or ride a 2 wheeler without appropriate neck support.
If the pathology is mild, a few tablets and a bit of physiotherapy ought to do the trick.
