Suggest Treatment For Severe Shoulder And Arm Pain
My left arm, feels like the muscles in my forearm and shoulder feel like the muscle has been overworked, but alas, I have not been overusing them. The left side of my neck and face have a slight tingle. I am not out of breath and my left arm is the only pain I am having

It could be a nerve injury and tendon related problem. As first-line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedic and plan for an MRI scan.
