ive had a bad shortness of breath that started about three days ago, ive also been trying to use a rescue inhaler from my wife and her breathing machine, it seems to have no effect on helping I m also a truck driver , who sit s for 14 hrs at a time and over wieght

The severe shortness of breath with no relief by rescue inhaler may be an endanger sign of underlying developing pulmonary embolism when there is history of prolong driving with leg dependent position of 14 hours.
