Suggest Treatment For Severe Redness And Acne On The Face

Hi. I had clear skin all throughout high school. The minute I get to college, facial redness becomes a reality along with ACNE. I've been battling this for four years, and I've tried everything under the sun, both prescription and none prescription. And nothing has taken out the redness or the blemishes. Please let me know if you have any suggestions what so ever.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns....

As per your complain it seems that you have Inflammation over your face leading to Acne and blemishes seems to be due to post inflammatory hyperpigmentation..
It can also be due to allergic reaction to some unknown allergen..
I would suggest you to consult an Allergist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation can help..

As of now you should avoid all kind of skin cosmetics and just apply Aloevera gel for lubrication..
Do cool compresses over face frequently..
Wash your face with cool water and use Salicylic acid containing facewash..
You can also take a course of anti allergics after consulting a Physician..
Apply Benzoyl Peroxide gel, Clindamycin gel and retinoid like Adapelene gel over face..
