Suggest Treatment For Severe Persistent Headache

For a little over 2 months now, I have been having extreme headaches, to the point of causing me to vomint. Approximatly 2 years ago, I felt a large lump on the top of my head. It is about 3 inches long, 1 inch wide, and sticks up from my head approximatly 1/2 an inch. It is tender to the touch. The bump has been there about 2 years, seems to have gotten larger. No trauma to the head or anything like that i can remember.
