Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain When Diagnosed With Liver Lesions

I have had a ct scan that shows liver lesions that are to small to biopsy. I have had colonoscopy. Egd, thyroid biopsy, us of gallbladder, hida scan, you name it. All cancer marker labs have come back normal, everything normal except dx of hpylori that was treated and test repeat is negative. I am still having sharp stabbing pain right over the top of my gall bladder. had another us of gallbladder it was normal. liver lesions have not grown for 3 months. They are now doing cbc and sed rate?? if I take a Prilosec and a Nexium pain goes away. Besides pain I have nausea, and belching very bad. Any ideals. Drs seem to think everything is fine and I know its not.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You have a history of liver lesions, other test reports are normal. At present you have severe pain & nausea.

Since you have a liver problem, take boiled food. Avoid spicy food, junk food, fast food, food rich in oil/ trans fat. Take plenty of fruits & boiled vegetables. Take oats & semi-solid food.

Take liver tonics, antacids, digestive enzymes to help digest food. Avoid red meat & food high in protein. Your symptoms are indicative of causing viral hepatitis, cirrhosis if neglected.

Avoid alcohol & addictions if any. Get diagnosed, get treated at the earliest.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
